How to Plant Your Vegetable Garden and Live Healthy

If you're thinking about having your own vegetable garden where you can not escape from their own hands, crisp and full of vitamins and minerals, there is nothing really to compare or even come close to it. They taste better and are more nutritious than produce that comes and goes a long distance. It is also difficult to say how they are grown and what pesticides were used in the process.

For convenience, it is likely to go to the store to buy fruit and vegetables, but honestly, they simply can not compare with what they can grow and eat raw or cooked in its own small garden.

If you have never had the experience to create your garden yet, and everything he ate products from your local supermarket or fruit stand on the road, but they are gone, and you owe it to yourself to begin to think very seriously your garden, if you really want to eat fresh and healthy. It's not really that difficult, and it certainly is not complicated at all. It does not cost you a fortune, either. And when you have it, you'll be glad you did.

Just remember to use outdoors, in nature, and work in peace my little paradise. It is not endure without exercise you're getting into the process. It's good for your body, mind and soul.

and, of course, you want to do it right. So, it's a pretty good idea to plan a little, to draw on paper, and stick to it, step by step.

First, choose a good sunny spot, where you do not get too much shade or no shade at all, if possible, land should be free of rocks or debris. But it should be close enough to the house to be able to link with a hose hooked up to the spigot, when you need that water, if and when it rains.

Prepare the soil. It is very important, and your success will really depend on how well prepared the place for your garden. If the soil is clay or sandy, and there are no nutrients, it must be revised and enriched with composted materials, such as cow manure, organic fertilizers and minerals, if necessary. To make it even cheaper for next season, collecting leaves and other vegetation, kitchen waste, grass, and make your own compost. soil nutrients will need to replace those used and depleted of vegetables such as raw materials from the soil. Try to make the soil as dark as possible, adding organic matter.

The best thing is to spread compost over your garden site, and to the ground, in the fall, so you will have enough time to collapse and fit into the garden. In this way, the soil resting through the winter and will be more nutritious in the spring planting time.

Now think about what you want to grow vegetables, something that you enjoy eating most. So, buy seeds for vegetables you choose, and go from there. Look through some seeds magazine and get some ideas. just a few examples to get an idea, it would be, tomatoes, peppers, hot peppers, zucchini, radishes, cucumbers, lettuce, cabbage, spinach, onions (sets), etc.

Maybe a few herbs to spice up your cooking and salads, such as dill, parsley, oregano, basil, arugula, rosemary, cilantro, etc. It all depends on how much space you have, and velikavrt want to do. Medicinal plants do not take too much space, and they are fun to grow. Just remember that it is a nice aromatic taste and smell are so freely give, in exchange for just a little LTC. Tender loving care.

to have a good, early start with your garden, start seeds indoors and plant after transplantation, the risk of late frost is past. It depends on what part of the country where you live.

One of the best ways to start some seeds in peat pots, as Jiffy-pots, so that when you plant a small plant outside the Jiffy plant pots, so do not disturb the tender korijenetransplantaciju. If you prefer, you can plant seeds directly in garden in rows, in accordance with the instructions on seed packets.

crop plants according to their size, and group them together. low-growing, must be separated from those of high rises, as not to block the sun light from reaching evenly on all plants.

and water and keep the soil moist. Do not let the soil completely dry out between watering, or keep it too wet either.

Once you have started to grow, you can water them well, and then leave them alone and give them a chance to drink and feed. Then again leads the soil dries out completely. Just kind of feel to see if the soil is still wet, by sticking a finger in the dirt about 2 inches, and if it is still damp, leave them alone for awhile. Once you get familiar with your garden, the plants will sometimes tell you when to water. They will begin to wilt a bit, and as soon as they are run, perk right up. But do not let them out hope you like!

Now sit back and relax on a bench, somewhere in the shade and watch the little seeds sprout from the soil. It is very helpful to see such hard part of the garden is pretty much over, except that now and then watch them annoying weeds that they will not escape from, and do not let them take their little paradise. Wait patiently for the time out of your garden, with his hand, and enjoy these healthy, juicy, vibrant and full of life giving vegetables. It is simply breathtaking.

Happy Gardening!
