Demolition - The demolition of the remodeling project comes first. You May want to store materials that are in good condition, if you need to patch the rest later.

Carpenters - In order to roughly forming new walls and straighten the floors and ceilings

insulation - insulation must be done, and the walls and ceilings are still open

plumbers and electricians - To do a rough in the pipes, wiring and heating systems before walls are closed in. Usually a plumber has a right of way, because it relies on the field of pipe to drain properly. Bathtubs are installed before walls are finished.

wallboard - Installation of wallboard attached to the mechanical and electrical systems

plasterers - Finish wallboard

an electrician, plumber - do not return to finish the work, to install fixtures, switches, sockets, surface conditioners and radiators

Carpenters - Back to do finish work such as baseboards, door moldings and cabinetry. New floors were laid then.

Painters - Paint finished walls, ceilings and woodwork

Floor Finishing - This comes last

Any external work performed at your own pace with the rest of the project and more flexible than interior work. The first thing to do is usually work on the roof and gutters. The insulation is installed before repairs are done on the siding or exterior finish. Then after the external goal is completed all the necessary image is done.

If you will be organized, flexible, honest, tactful, and will be much easier to cope with sub-contractors and keeping your project on schedule.
